Be Love Holistic Health and Wellbeing Workshops cover a wide range of topics from an African/Black-centered perspective. Some of these topics include the connection between mental health and physical fitness, self-care, meditation, and holistic nutrition, to name a few. All workshops are interactive with participants not only leaving with culturally-relevant information and resources, but also self-imposed action plans to implement on their journey toward optimal health and wellness.

Holistic Health and Wellbeing Workshop 6-Part Series

 Be Love Holistic’s 6-Part Holistic Health and Wellbeing Series is designed to assist Black women in achieving optimal wellbeing using physical fitness as a tool for building mental, emotional, and spiritual fortitude. This series offers historical, sociological, and empirical information about the health of Black women; education on holistic nutrition; guidance and instruction about exercise and physical fitness, and more.



Mind, Body Spirit 3-Part Series

Be Love Holistic’s Mind, Body, Spirit Series is designed to provide Black women with tips, tools, and strategies for tending to their mental health; information and new/alternative culturally-relevant practices and resources for tending to spiritual health; education including but not limited to race specific social determinants of health and disease, prevention, nutrition, and the benefits of exercise and movement. Participant will conclude each workshop with a customized self-imposed action plan to follow in pursuit of their own holistic wellbeing.
